There is so much to experience-even when you do nothing! Want to get up a 4 a.m. and watch the sun rise over the Caribbean Sea with a cup of coffee (made in your own kitchen, the way you like it) from your own private verandah or pier? YOU CAN... and the sunrise is definitely worth getting up for! You have a house, a pool, and a beach - it's your home away from home. Villa La Jolla ("the jewel", in Spanish) is a two level private home constructed of local mahogany and sandstone and located directly on the Caribbean ocean. It is a place of great beauty and a stepping stone to adventure. Some of the best bone fishing on the island is at its door step (literally). The bonefish "jump" at dawn and dusk and they are quite a sight. You can fish on your own, or we know numerous local guides who can assist you. There are some terrific restaurants along the beach, only a ten minute walk north or south of Villa La Jolla. And, San Pedro has some great offerings, as well. The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Also, there is satellite TV and an internet connection. Most importantly, though, there is a barbeque grill on which you can prepare the catch-of-the day or local chicken or ribs.
